Back in October 2011, i paid for 2x Barcelona v Real Madrid football tickets for a match that was to be played in April 2012. Less than 24 hours before we were due to fly out to Barcelona, the said company telephoned me to say that due to a ticket mix up, they didnt have my tickets. They said that i would receive a full refund back into my bank before the end of April.... It didnt transpire. I called them again in April and was told that the money would be back in my bank account by the end of May.... It wasnt. I called again in June and was once again told that it would be in my bank account by the end of July.... Guess what???? It wasnt!!! I have now just called them again and they told me to contact my bank with regards to getting a refund. I paid for the "non-existant" tickets with a debit card, so consequently, the bank dont want to know either. I am absolutely furious that onlineticketexpress.com are being allowed to get away with nothing short of THEFT!!! Afterall, I paid them directly, for a product that I have never received.Surely they cant keep getting away with this??? Since I started the process of trying to get my money back, on top of all the phone calls (it takes weeks for anyone to actually answer the phone), I have also emailed the SALES DEPT, ACCOUNTS DEPT and CUSTOMER SERVICES DEPT,and as yet have never receive a single email back from anyone.
Having now read the hundreds of online reviews regarding this thieving bunch of toe rags, I wish to God that I'd checked them out before using them. 95% of the reviews all say the same thing .... "Tickets didnt arrive. Cant get money back from them. Cant get through by phone and wont answer emails.Dont touch this company, they're scam artists"
So what now???
£1000 is an awful lot of money to simply kiss goodbye to without at least trying to fight for it. Ive tried fighting them on my own and came up with a BIG FAT NOTHING, so I thought I might as well give you guys the details, and see what happens next???
