My Name is Mary Doby, I went St Charles Hair Salon to get a relaxer and hair trim on the aforemention date. Since that time my hair began to come out. I am afraid to comb it. Whenever I comb or bursh my hair I get a hand full of hair. The top of my head is so thin you can see the scalp. My hair was not trim suitable nor does it look like it was done by a professional hair stylist. I am asking that a manager who specialize in hair lost treat my hair until there is no longer hair lost.
