In July of 2012 I ordered the Power4home system. I was supposed to receive the entire system, inclusive of manuals, DVD,s and e-books. I received (1)one single dvd. I have heard nothing since. My receipt tells me I should have received all my publications and materials two weeks ago. My clkbank order no. is B3ZWK5QE
