Ordered 3 Fitflops from them via online (www.fitflopsingapore.com). It took them close to 2 months to reply that they have no stock. I sent numerous emails but they could not be bothered to reply until close to 2 months later. When I received the Fitflops, they definitely do not look genuine. I took a picture of one of the Fitflop which has a small hole and dried up glue stain. Demanded that they do an exchange for refund; that was 1 month ago and they did not bother replying my emails. I have filed a dispute with the credit card company. Let's see if Shanghai Hezhong Limited Company reply.
