I responded to an ad on Craig's list for a 2003 Honda Accord. The seller was Major Ela Clarke. After emailing back and forth numerous times she sent "Ebay payment instruction" They were very legit looking. But I was concerned about using Western Union because it noted that if I told them I was sending money to a relative or friend it would be cheaper. I called Ebay and was informed it a scam. They don't do 3rd party transactions nor do they use Western Union. I googled het name and found many comlplaints. She has used many names, cars, dates of deployment, payment methods etc. But the content of all the emails in the complaints has basically been the same. She also tries to use Amazon as a pay method. She is very cunning and seems to have scammed many people. Beware!!
