He told me that Microsoft software that I purchased was not installed correctly and that I was to get some money back. He said that I would have to open a Western Union Account so they could transfer the money from Western Union to my credit card. I gave them my credit card and they took the money out of my account as a cash advance. This was a frauduent claim against me and I do not want any other people to get scammed as I did.
