I have ordered free samples from an ad on Facebook, In January 2012 for which I had to pay the shipping costs of under ZAR30. Not only have I not received any sample, but this company has monthly, sometimes bi-monthly deductions from between ZAR 855 each time.
When disputed with ABSA, the card division told me that they cannot put a stop to this, as it is a subscription to MEMBERSHIP? To date I have not received the FREE sample, or any product from My Ageless Derma. How do I clear this up? I have sent numerous enquiries to the support email on their website, to no avail. This is Fraud, and if the Bank cannot stop this, who is supposed to help people like us getting shamelessly ripped off?

MyagelessDerma.com has no relation with agelessderma.com. They are infringing on our trademark. Their products called derma science. Not Ageless Derma. We never ship a sample products and bill customer later. You just buy the product and never receive any other products or charges to your credit cards. Please be clear on your review as we fell victim of this unethical company as you feel. This is their site and contact information.
