at present i have $145.00 in my account.I use the phone for emergency calls with very few personal calls.they want me to reup when time runs out by putting more in account or they shut phone off.Is this legal for them to hold the money in the account untill it runs out.When i call to ask them they say even if i use it mainly for emergency i can't use the money untill itop up.I asked to give my money back in the acocout and cancel they will not refund the balance.could you please give me what options i have. thankyou
