Hello, i m Chaitali shah. This is regarding the services of TNT couriers..my parcels was supposed to come on 21st aug. but came on 22nd aug the driver was so much rude to me he refused to bring the courier to my doorstep and left it at the entrance of the gate.since 2 days i am trying to contact customer service of Tnt Courier but there is no feedback and today when i opened the parcels the goods were also damaged from inside..I dun know they say the Inquiry is been closed but how can they do that without any resolution..just apologizing is not enough.so i want ur help and support to come up with strong actions..Thanking you, Chaitali
