Purchased a product called "Baby Bullet" from the company TVPDirect. Money was taken from my account. Bank statements prove this. To this date have not received product. Constant lies about the dispatch date for this product. Requested refund - still no refund. This is coming up to 9 months. Phone calls and emails sent on a daily basis to this company and persons - still no refund. Have email from this company promising of refund - this has not happened. Get same people on the telephone who give the same message. No phone calls are ever returned.
