Zoverstocks sent me the wrong item and after contacting them, they said that they were sorry but the item i ordered was not available at the time but the still withdrew money out of my account. They refused to return the money i took out and strongly suggested i order from them again. The letter was written out as if was a letter sent out to other people the screwed over. I want something done about this, if not, you will lose a very loyal customer and I will do everything i can to warn anyone about ever using Amazon again, since, obviously, Amazon allowed this to happed. I can already tell that they are not going to take the company i am complaining about because as expected its a scam!!! Please contack me if you need some more information!!!

Hello there.
We have looked into your order and it appears that we did send the incorrect item (which we apologised for in the email we sent). The error was made because the item we shipped and the item you ordered share the same barcode which can happen on very rare occasions.
The total for this order was $4.99 and it was refunded in full on the 18th of August, 2 days after your email stating that you had received the incorrect item.
Apologies for any problems caused.
