Hi, I was referred to the ziinga site where I bought a £50 worth debenhams gift card for £2 (too good to be true, isn't it). Of course I ticked marked all the boxes and after a couple of weeks I found a £14 transaction on my credit card. When I inquired with ziinga I got to know about my platinum membership that I got signed into for a 2£ voucher that I never received. They need my passsport, utility bill and credit card copy to send me the vouchers (which I will never send)

So I am stuck with a platinum member ship that I cannot use! Luckily they tried to withdraw £60 but could only withdraw £14. I have cancelled my CC and filed for a cash back. But it seems my bank can't do much about the cash back. I just hope no further money is taken off my account.
