On July 16,2011 we joined this travel agency who claimed they could plan our trips for 1/2 the price w can. to date we have been reimbursed $48.00 on a $2,500.00 trip. We can make better deals with AARP and they don't charge. I tried to have them book a week in Branson, Mo. but we got better rates on our own. kThey refused to answer my emails or call me back on the phone.
