WE PAID FOR THERE SERVICES BUT I DID NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS WORKED SO I CANCELLED .WHEN I TRIED TO RESTART THE PROCESS TO HAVE THE SERVICE START UP AGAIN [they still have our money]THERE WEB SIGHT SAYS DOWN FOR MANTANCE. WE DO NOT HAVE ALOT OF MONEY AND WE WOULD OF LIKE TO BE ABLE TO TALK TO OUR GRANDSON SAD GRANDPARENTS
