I just noticed today that I have been getting charged $16.99/month for atleast the past 3 months. I remember calling and asking them to cancel this probably about a year ago so I probably have been getting charged since then. Just noticed that I am still getting charged. The only way to stop it is to cut up your credit card/debit card and get a brand new one or else they will continue to charge.
