I subscribed to this program because this company, or individual Rob Pablos, made it sound like they had a big secret to weight loss. I watched the video & listened to the speel and only considered subscribing because there was a money back guarantee. As soon as I paid the $39, more & more features/products kept coming up on the screen for additional money. Red flag!!! When I downloaded the seroto hero fitness program, I was extremely disappointed. There was not a single bit of information that hasn't been around for a long time. I immediately felt as though I had wasted my money. I wrote to Rob Pablos within a day of paying the $39 stating my reasons for wanting to cancel my membership immediately. Of course, I received no response, and have since written numerous other complaints---to no avail. No answer. No phone number to call, etc. My credit card company would not take action on my behalf because the purchase is under $50. This is a scam and definitly NOT worth any amount of money.
