While my vehicle was at the shop for transmission repairs it got a ticket for been park on the sideway. I contacted Mac the manager the same day I received the notice on the mail Aug 13th; he asked me to fax the notice to him. On Wednesday 22nd I contacted Cenco and Joan the receptionist informed me that Mac had already took care of the refund to me ( since I already paid for the violation ) Still waiting and no refund has come in the mail yet! Please assist me with this matter. Thanks in advance
