Contracted with Everything Concrete to update my pool deck. They did a poor job. I renegotiated with them to redo the deck at a higher cost using stamped concrete. About a week after they finished the concrete started lifting (they did not prime the surface properly). They promised to fix the problem two weeks ago. As of today (8/28/12), they have not shown up, nor have they returned my phone calls. They claimed to guarantee their work, once they were paid their guarantee ended.
