I ordered 2 necklaces from the Swarovski-sale website on 18 August 12. The pictures posted on the website were all from the genuine Swarovski shop. However, when I received the products, they were not the ones I ordered. Also, the crystals were cheap and fake! One necklace was even put in a clear bag with a cardboard backing with the wordings "Fashion Jewelry"!!! I am very certain these were not from Swarovski. These necklaces looked so cheap and fake that I would not have cast an eye on. They are not even worth a few dollars!
I have requested for a full refund for the necklaces I bought but did not receive any response. There was no telephone no. that I can call to complain about this matter. I am now posting this complaint as I hope that others will not get cheated like me.
I am surprised that this merchant is able to advertise the Swarovski products on a website which appear so similar to the real Swarovski website and hope a stop can be put to this.
