I ordered a code to unlock a phone that was given to me after he upgraded to another phone. This company was recommended by my phone carrier because it was not a phone they carried. I contacted this company online and paid with my debit card (order# 2340115). The company guaranteed a code to unlock the phone with 7-90 days. They were paid within days of the order. After not receiving the code after a month, I requested a refund. I have made several requests for a refund and have not heard from the company. They have not responded to a single email. The maximum 90 days have past and I want my refund.
