To who m it may concern:
This letter is to request HELP ASAP. I was a victim of FRAUD from Fast Train School/College in Miami FL. I attended a computer program called Network Professional from 5/20010 to 03/2011 in the mention school. They promised me work after it, as well certifications on the side and after graduate support.
They've also been calling me offering me to continue my education with them since they became a college on 2011. I passed because the lack of professionalism was scary. Not only from the professors who they barely speak English meanwhile from all the staff who was permanently changing every 2 or 3 months. And of course for the BIG debt that I gained thank to them.
The only reason I finished the entire 9 month program was because the degree I was going to get and the help on the preparation to become a Certified Computer Technician. But all I did was waste of my time. I didn't learn nothing that I didn't know. I had some IT empiric background and the counselors and advisors decided to offer me this program because accord to them was the best option for me.
I've been paying my loans religiously because I'm responsible and I care about my credit. But a few days ago I get to know that FAST TRAIN COLLEGE were all raid by the FBI for fraud on May 2012 and everything I did there was a big lie. Everything was a SCAM. I've been trying to reach someone to help me because I don't think is fair to pay for something that I'll never get to be: a Network Professional as they offered me when they were a legal and formal school.
All I need to know is who I need to contact in order to resolve this terrible situation. Federal Loan people offered me to put my payments on hold until January 2013 but I'll keep continue generating interest and fees. This means my debt will get bigger and I don't think this is a fair resolution either from a government agency.
TFC Tuition Financing is the company who I have the tuition loan with. I've contacted them and they said is not their concern that FAST TRAIN COLLEGE scam me and I shall continue to pay normally if I don't want to ruin my credit.
I appreciate any help or information regard this awful situation.
