They called at fist and told me that they were doing a raffle and that if i took some time out to answer some survey questions i will have a chance to have my name entered into the raffle they are having ! a few weeks later they called and said i won 2nd prize ! they told me to send them 320.00 to the Philippines to a guy name Peter G. Young and after that i never got an email or anything from them !

- Same situation with me. I just sent $370 to the same person you stated and got another call today asking me to send another $2600 dollar payment so I may be able to collect my cash winnings. Thank God I came across your complaint online and now I know for sure this is a scam.
