Lucky I only spent a small amount, but lesson learned.

After I made a purchase from their site (paid via paypal) I contacted okaygoods via email because no one ever responded to the site's live chat. Someone named "tom green," responded to my emails claiming I did not answer my mobile when he tried to call me. When I explained the phone never rang, he asked me to call him in China.

After I explained I cannot make overseas call, he simply said he'll not give me the item unless he speaks to me.

I then said given there seems to be no possible way we can speak to each other, is there any other options other than a refund. He then failed to respond to any of my emails from that point onwards.

I opened a paypal dispute and provided them a transcript of our conversations. Seller made a respond stating "this is for intangible good. go my live chat and they help u."

The outcome of the paypal investigation claimed because it was intangible good, they are unable to refund.
