we perchesed a cuddle soft fiberbed as soon as we came home we try it in our bed we find out its short in two inches in both side , me and my wife went to the store were we bought , wich located at unit 110,3110 Boulevard De la Gare Vaudreuil Qc , the cashier replied that there is no exchange and no return in this store , we were surprised , i asked for the manager , after 25 minutes waiting Nancy Guimper showed up with a big nasty attitude and asked us did the cashier told you no return and exchange in this store ? and she told us have a nice day gaving back the item we bought, and left with no respect. Since then we tried so many times to reach the company administration at 1888-6965975, ther is only answering machine responding, we left so many masseges , until now no body respond to our problem , Please help us to solve this problem , we been humiliated and isulted infront ofcustomers, , becuse we spoked English,we will be appreciated if you can help us in this matter,thank you in advance, (Personal Information Removed)
