I have just looked at my bank statement and found out i have been charged £11.25 to much on my vodafone monthly account.
I have been in contact with vodafone who have told me a company called zingtones has taken the money for txt's i have not signed up for nor do i want.
Please could you tell me how to stop it happening again as this is the second time and who is at fault as i havent signed up for either of these
