This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I emailed Cacey for assistance with the sizes as I was not sure about their sizes compared to SA sizes. Ofcourse she was of no help at all. Eventually th wrong size was ordered and I practically begged her to change the size and this was on day 2 after placing the order. They sent me the dress which is huge, I ordered red but came in a colour close to orange and the picture had gold sequins which I liked but the dress came with silver. Eric insists that they are silver on the website even after me sending them pictures. I would encourage people to not order from this website as there are a bunch of unprofessionals working there. They have the audacity to tell me to keep the dress as it is a beautiful dress. I eventually got tired of communicating with them and asked them not to reply to my last email and I will be lodging a formal complaint. Bottom line.....DRESSBRAW ARE RIP OFFS!!!!!!!!!
