i paid over $300 dollars. i have had problems with phone since i bought it in nov 2011. all cricket has done is reset the phone to factory restore, then had to replace the battery cause it almosted exploded. i can only use phone when speaker is turned on. it is a samsung sch-r730. the 1 800 number told me to take it to main office for tech to look at phone and when to cricket the girl told me they cant check it. they asked if i have insurance. i shouldnt have to pay for interal hardware. its never been wet.
