I ordered an Olympus TG810 on 1 Sept 2012 for $159. I then got a couple of emails and phone calls saying I needed to call about the order. I finally got thru and was told that it didnt come with battery and charger, which I told them I found hard to believe. He said they had a deal and they would send both for $29.88, I was skeptical but said ok. /Well the camera arrived, and the bill now was $234. The camera box was sealed and it clearly said on the outside that charger and battery were included. I also found when I called that despite their add of free shipping I was being charged $14.95 for shipping. The Service Mgr was the most arrogant and rude person I have ever talked to. They want a restocking fee and a loss of shipping amount to return it. This is a scam operation and a bait and switch activity. They operate under other names as well, another one is more4less. They apparently do their billing using more4less to preclude the credit card companies from picking up the adverse ratings. Stay far away from this company as you will get burnt. I have notified my credit card company and have disputed their charges. I post this to help others to stay away from this scam operation.
