They have been taking money out of my account for something I didnt even set up.When I contacted them on numerous occassions by phone the act like they dont know what I am talking about. My account is negative because of them and I cant close my account until it has a positive balance. I feel I shouldnt have to pay for somrthing I know nothing about!!!
