I ordered two pairs of shoes from this company on August 22, 2012. When the package arrived one of the items was correct, and the second pair of shoes was completely wrong. I emailed them right away and received an automated response that they received my email and would respond within 2 business days. While waiting for their response, I tried to log on to my account on their website. They had no record of my account. I filled out the form for "forgot your password" just in case. This had no luck, I got a message that there was no account with them under that email address (even though I got my receipt from my order at that email address and am certain that's the one I opened my account with). I let them know this issue in my first email to them and they said all accounts had gotten deleted and that I'd have to create a new account. Dumb! Anyhow, I received their actual response 2 business days from my email, saying not to send the wrong item back yet, but to take pictures of the wrong item and the label part on the box, and that I had to do this within 5 business days of their request. I did so within 10 minutes of receiving this email. I asked about how to send back the wrong item and how to obtain the right item, and expressed my concern about the availability of the correct item in my size. My concerns were never addressed. They sent me another email saying at this time chose between two options, keep the item and they'll refund me 25% (WTF?), or send it back for full refund (including shipping fees thank god, because if it's not their error, you pay return shipping), or, return the item and receive an exchange for the original item I ordered IF IT'S STILL IN STOCK (not my problem jerks!). In every single email I sent them I asked how to send the wrong item back and how to get the right item. When I responded to their email outlining my options, I said very clearly, please send me return shipping instructions. They completely ignored this, and replied asking me to chose one of the options they had given me. I already had... 3 times!! It's been over a month and they refuse to do anything to take care of my issue.

  • I want them to correct their error of sending me the wrong item. I want the actual item I ordered.I'd be happy to return the wrong item (that is unused) to them at their expense by a prepaid shipping label. As they've received other complaints of never correcting these issues, I don't have any trust in the company to have me pay return shipping and get reimbursed for it.
