BEWARE: Received a letter dated 9/11/2012 from Monti Torres Claim Agent. Stationery heading: Coney Island Parts Unlimited, Inc. 905-399-8131. Received a letter stating I won the International Lotto Powerball held in the United Kingdom on Aug 20, 2012 along with check for $3,880.00. There appears to be similar complaints here from same person.
