I received a credit of $250.00 into my checking acct on 10.19.2011 from DJR LLC. I dont recall filling out the loan app. But i have had payday loans in the past and around that time. The debits from my checking account changed to a company called hydra fund in January 2012. My checking account has been debited $75.00 biweekly to date, now totaling $1650.00. I feel extremely foolish for not handling this better. But i work long hours and have limited time to check into personal matters in my life. I have tried to call these people on and off sporadically but you cant get any one on the phone, you can leave a message, but thats it, no one returns your calls. I have had advances in the past, this is the only company that appears to operate unprofessionally and is the only one lingering in my checking account I want to stop. I dont know how to go about getting the original documentation I supposedly authorized from these people, I think i found the website where you can email some one there, so i am going to try that and see where i end up. Because calling is difficult, 1st you call 855-292-7589, then an automated service refers you to 855-284-7794. The messaging service sounds the same when you call 888-302-5351 which is now on my account statements. Any information would be helpful. thank you.
