My husband and I paid in advance for a trip to Ireland scheduled for October 1, 2013, to date we have not documentation of said trip. I have emailed them and called them to no avail and still do not have anything. Filed 2 complaints with better business bureau and they falsified information on their response stating they had been in contact with me regarding a delivery of 9/13/12 with receipt and itinerary. Then I received a email stating 9/19/12 for delivery and still nothing. they will not return calls or email that I have sent regarding this matter. My neighbors are also involved on the trip and we have received nothing at all.

See my complaint re Elite Cruise Options inc, We are out by $5,109 for the Celebrity cruise and $2,960 for all of the 'extra's' she promised us. I have now sent my complaint to the Attorney General of Florida. We are in the UK and I believe she thinks that we will just roll over and take the hit of her fraudulent activity, as, we are 000's of miles away, however, this is not the case. She promised us a discounted FAM rate if we booked with her when we met her, her husband (David) and daughter (Harley) onboard the Celebrity Constellation in Feb/March 2011, which we did, it has turned out to be a nightmare. She has lied and defrauded us and if, this is not resolved through the departments available, we will no doubt have to issue in Court against her, which, will incur further costs and I will be aiming for compensation for the amount of time this matter continues to take up of mine, notwithstanding, the stress that this has caused.

DO NOT HAND MONEY OVER TO ELITE CRUISE OPTIONS INC as you will lose it. They are a disgrace to the Travel Industry - BE WARNED !!!
