I RECEIVED THE LETTER ON 9/18/2012. FILE NUMBER:USA800NOF...WINNING NUMBERS 7-10-23-56-77 STATING THAT I HAD WON 250,000.00. INSIDE WAS A CHECK FOR 3950.00 TO COVER TAX AND INSURANCE. ANY SMART PERSON KNOWS THAT THE GOVT WILL TAKE UP TO 30% IN TAXES. I KNEW THIS HAD TO BE A SCAM AND STARTED INVESTIGATING. I FOUND THE SAME COMPLAINT FILED WITH THE SAME EXACT FILE & WINNING NUMBERS.(THEY COULD HAVE A LEAST CHANGED THE NUMBERS UP.)I HAVE NOT DEPOSITED THE CHECK AND WILL NOT. I WOULD LOVE TO TURN THIS OVER TO THE AUTHORITIES SO THEY CAN INVESTIGATE.
