my old metro phone died. I went to my local metroPCS dealer and brought an android smart phone. From the 1st thing nothing on this phone was working. Screen was freezing. It was jumping from screen to screen. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong. I put the phone down. Between work and getting some kind of a stomach virus it was a little over a week before I got back to the metro dealer. He told me I had to take the phone over to a central metro store in my area. I took a bus over, they were rude. She said it sounds as thou it just needs reset. She did something that I could not see and said there it should work. I got home and it was worse than before. I have used the 411# and the 611# in the booklet for support, the screen for my phone settings keeps coming up an I can not access that either. ALL phone numbers online for metro either cuts you off, offers you a cruise, or sends you to another # that then cuts you off. According to metro there is "live" 24/7 tech support at their 888-863-8708 #, but this is the # that offers you the cruise, refers you to another number and then cuts you off.I have spent hrs online trying to communicate with metroPCS and hrs trying to get this phone to work and guess what there is no way to get thru to metroPCS. And now to top it off I see hundreds of complaints saying exactly what I am saying. How have they gotten away with this? Plus I just looked at my receipt for the purchase of the phone and it has From:TNT telecom filled in. TNT telecom is a web domain website. They know these phones are no good.
