In July 2012 I ordered a (New)Canon XL2 Camcorder from Buy Here Photo.com; I made 3 monthly payments. On July 5th. I paid $635.00 August 6Th. I paid $411.00 and final payment of $335.00 on September 4Th. When I called September 5Th. to check the status of my order they told me I agreed to change my order to a Panasonic Camcorder, they said it was an upgrade! But I never agreed to that lie! On their website all the other SLR cameras was listed as (Body Only) but on the Canon XL2 it had the camera with the lens and it did not state that it didn't come with the lens. When I placed my order with Alex 1-888-883-4476 ext. 7003 Alex asked me did I want to purchase the battery charger and I agreed! He asked me did I want to upgrade the filters I disagreed! But he never mentioned it didn't come with the 20X standard lens. So I agreed to accept the XL2 packabe without the lens! Now Alex is on vacation and I'm trying to complete my order with Aaron @ ext. 7601, I told him I didn't order any Panasonic and to not send it; he told me that it's too late because it has been shipped already! I was susposed to receive it on Wednesday Sept. 19Th. 2012 but it didn't come. I called Aaron back and he told me that he resended the order. He asked me what I wanted to do, I said just send the XL2 without the lens and I'll get a lens for it; he told me that the camera was comming from Japan or China and if I buy a lens for it, it wouldn't work because it didn't have the lens mount. He asked me what I wanted to do, I told him to refund my money; Aaron told me that it would cost me $301.00 in cancelation fees! I tried not to get upset with them because I figured we could still do business at another time with another purchase; so now it's Sept. 24Th. and Alex is unavailable and Aaron won't accept my phone calls! Now I'm trying to get my $1,381 dollars back because Buy Here Photo is full of it! Buy Here Photo is an absolute SCAM!
