I was shopping around for cheaper cell phone service. I am disabled on fixed income & needed to cut expenses. Sprint's rep told me before changing my service I would save close to $100 by switching over. I asked what would my bill run a month because I budjet this kind of stuff in. I was told no more than $160 it was all a lie, now my bill is $190, which is no different than my previous provider T-mobile. & I'm not saving close to $100! I paid 1st months bill of $82 still thinking my bill will be what the rep for Sprint informed me & the upcoming bill has a $400 charge & I need my phone & has had this particular number for years all my medical doctors & offices have this number I can not pay a $400 cell bill. I'm told now they bill you 2 months in advance on 1st bill, which upsets me even more because all this information should have been discussed before me switching over my services under false information. They wanted a sale & lied to me to get it. I have talked to several reps @ Sprint & have asked them to pull the tape & review & they all have refused or says the tape can't be found. I have been decieved & robbed of my phone service, money, & phone number. Stress makes my disability worse & knowing I might be without phone service is scary since I have children.

  • Make it right by what there associate sold me. I have already changed providers & can't afford a deposit with another provider. But they are responsible for there employees & if they listen to the tape they will see the mischief of there employee towards us consumers.
