We've been dealing with these people since 2009. This morning at 7:25 PDT, I received a phone call from them. I had to drag who they were and what they wanted out of the lady on the phone.
My office manager agreed, over the phone, to "update our account" with YP local business directory. We've never had an account with them. Supposedly they have a recording of her agreeing to the charges. It's her voice saying yes to update the account, and someone elses voice answering additional questions. I've not heard the recording...she has. Now they are telling us we are in collection for non payment. The original amount they say we owed was about $450.00. As you can see, they've added a substantial amount of interest. This is a complete scam. Hang up on them when they call, or blow a whistle in their ear.
