An order was place via their website and have not received my order. I have made several attempts to contact the supplier by phone and email without any success.

One month, several phone calls and emails, and not one response. If you cannot supply give me my money back. If you cannot do this then I will pursue other avenues. Some communication from you would be appreciated. Not only is it polite, it is good business.
