Angie Rainey 770-728-2275 or 770-761-0896 [email protected] referred me to her client and we went to Elliott Smith 504-491-9562 [email protected] Smith Business Developers, LLC to get a Proof Of funds Account for her to get a line of credit against it for her church. We wire transfer 40k to Elliott Smith and we received a paper form CD but no one would do a line of credit against it. I requested several times for my clients refund of $40k to be sent back to me, I havent received it back yet. dmallison
