I used charge card to buy tube of silver eagles.
JM bullion received the money.
JM canx. my order because their bank hold funds for 30 day.
I am still waiting for my refund.
It was promised in 2 business days. JM Bullion's 30 day bank delay in releasing funds to them was their banking choice. JM should have honored my purchase agreement.

We are extremely sorry we were unable to process your credit card transaction. Our bank did indeed run the charge on your card, but we never were able to receive the money. We would be happy to hold the price for you as well as offer a 3% discount should you wish to pay by check. We also would happily hold the price for you and run it on your card once we are set up with our new credit card processing solution.
