They have been charging my account $14 per month for 1-2 years now and I don't know who they are or why they are doing this. all that shows up on my checking account is "ACH WEB-SINGLE PLATINUMSERVICES XXXXX5921" and the charge of $14. Any help to get my money back or at least make this stop would be greatly appreciated.
