In august 2012 I was called by robert johansen of ashbrook mangament if i would like to sell my timeshare in mexico he said there were no upfront fees involved only a 5% commission when the property sold I ageed and signed acontract then I was called by Mr rosenberg from GulfGroup capital to toll me that abuyer was secured and they had 21,615.00in escrow they sent me copies of the escrow account and I was told I had to pay 1,965.00 for processing fees before i closed i told them I did not have that kind of money Then Mr johansen said they would pay half the fees which i would get back at closing i agreed and arranged a wire transfer toBanco Mercantil del norte SA monterrey MX on 08/21 2012 after that they called me with a closing date of 09/06 2012 a few days before closing Mr rosenberg told me i had to pay taxes of 3,733.50 before closing and I would get that back from the buyer at closing I told him that i was not going to pay that money Mr rosenberg then threatened me with a small claims suit i told him to let the buyer pay out of escrow he said he would call me back in 1 hour he did not i left messages for robert johansen and Mr rosenberg to no advail now 10/03/2012 when i try to call i get a recorded operator that says leave a message but they do not say their company name I hpe soehow I could get my money back I had to borrow the 982.50 do to their threats of suit this is criminal
