I opened an on August 2012 with SolidTrustpay. I transfered $1020 to their account to fund my account which they charged $20. My account was not funded till today in which I raised several tickets and there was no response. Presently they have suspended my account. I activated a security check on the account in which when I logined in with a different IP it will ask for confirmation, which I always do. Still they suspend my account. I want my money back. I d not trust them any more. I have swift copy of the transfer which I send to them and I have not heard from them.
