A month ago i was told a manager from a different store would be coming back to the store i work in do to her running personal information about the supervisor. One October 2, 2012 i was called to the lobby by that supervisor and was told that my performance was know good at this store and that i was being being transferred to the other store. I told that supervisor that on my original application i could not transfer do to personal reasons and transportation. That supervisor then told me i am trying to save your job and if you don't transfer you would know longer have a job with the company. One october 3,2012 i came in to work at 5pm and my general manager asked me did i figure out what i was going to do and i told her that i was not transferring and she then said your last day here will be October 14,2012. She began to say to me that my performance was bad and that i was on a 30 day probation period which was a lie because my last write up was June 1,2012, this is now October 4 months later. She also began to tell me that she did not have room for me as a manager, yet i been at this restraunt for three years as a manager. In three years i have only had 4 write ups.I believe I am being fired for a conflict of interest because the other manager that was transferred to my store is now currently working there, yet there is know room for me. I believe this is unfair and they don't have a real reason to fire me. At this point they will not give me a reason why i am being fired, just that my last day will be October 14,2012.
