This company has been charging my debit cards for months now without authorization. We purchased TWO online games in August 2012, and this company has been charging my debit card for amounts ranging from $5 to $50 ever since. I even cancelled my debit cards but they've been able to continue to charge my bank accounts! My internet research is showing that this is a widespread problem with this company.

- Both my banks have started fraud investigations into Valve Software. The guy at Wells Fargo said they're getting lot of complaints about the company, and it's other incarnation "Steam". The bank also gave me a telephone number of 425-889-9642, which is answered by a computer voice that sends you to voicemail no matter what option you choose. I'm preparing a complaint to send to the Attorneys General in both Nevada (where I live) and Washington (where Valve/Steam is located). Next stop is the FBI internet crimes division.
