I received one cook top early in July and none of the free stuff ( how convenient) and the other cook top came on Sept.22 which was refused and returned. And it took until then also to finally get a return number for the first one and so they both were returned the same day. Still no free stuff and no money back. I also left a message stateing I would like a full refund including S&H because I have yet to get any free stuff I thought it was the least they could do for my troubles...we'll see...I'm still waiting.....
