i never take a loan from Palm advances. I never autorize them to take money out of my account. When i call them they told me it is one time application fee. I did not completed an application in the first place. Now i have to cancel my account because they have access to my account.

- I would also suggest that you file complaints with the BBB and the FTC. I spent this morning at the bank myself. I closed my checking account and opened a new account and cancelled my debit card to have a new one issued. This has been traumatizing to me because I now have to change my direct deposit information as well as other bills I had set up for electronic draft. Maybe if enough of us complain to the BBB and the FTC they will be forced to do something about this.
