Signed fax 3/2012, for verification of "yellow pages" listing, contract superimposed. Later bills, statements, communication stating I signed contract. Scam has been present for years, targeting new/small businesses, and changing "location" of payment/company. Complaint filed with FTC and NC State attorney general office. Actually received communication from AG forwarding written response from company that I had indeed signed contract, but they (the Yellow Pages America) would "terminate remainder of agreement for a fee." I also notified local law enforcement to make other small businesses aware. Consult with personal lawyer states since "contract" formed in shadow company outside of US, not reportable to US Credit Bureaus and cannot be enforced. Eventually, bills/harrassment will fade, but expect months to years of endless torture. Unfortunately, there is little else to do, but simply keep these "statements" in a file.
