I got my bank statement today with a withdrawl from Palm Loan. Never once did I start a loan process. While on the phone they kept telling me to finish the process and I would get my money back. Never told me the site to go to and finish. Said they would only give me a 100 gas voucher. The Info they have on file does not match me except my bank account. they need to be turned into the BBB

- They said all I would have to do is go to my email and print off the gas vochure. But the email was wrong so after her about hanging up on me I gave proper email addy. And still NO gas vochure.

- I wanted to let you know this company has been turned over to the BBB and the FTC from myself. I had to dispute the two charges of $30.00 out of my account. I furthermore had to close that account and start over again. We all need to come together and file a class action lawsuit against this company for fraud. I would be happy to join in on the lawsuit.
